Albuquerque Isotopes
The 'Topes play a double header tonight because they were rained out Thursday. Gates open at 4 p.m. and the games begin at 5 p.m. They play the New Orleans Zephyrs. And on Saturday and Sunday, they go up against the Nashville Sounds. Congratulations to Orbit for being the most popular mascot in the minor league! Get out to Isotopes Stadium and let him give you a big hug.
Old Town Cultural Treasures
Summer is the perfect time to go to Old Town, where every weekend is a celebration. Thursdays through Sundays, there is music, dance and theater throughout the patios and squares.
Mary Poppins
Mary will be at Popejoy through June 24.
New Mexico Arts and Crafts Fair
See the work of over 200 artists producing pieces in sculpture, wood, oils and more. Purchase art and chat with the artists, at this weekend long arts extravaganza. It takes place June 22 - 24.
End of Trail Festival
The festival brings together Wild West enthusiasts and a cowboy shooting contest. Step back in time at the Founder's Ranch in Edgewood. The festival takes place June 22 - 24.
New Mexico Gay Men's Chorus Pride Concert
The Gay Men's Chorus will present concerts in both Albuquerque and Santa Fe June 22 - 24.
Pollinator Celebration
At the Albuquerque Botanic Garden, learn about the bees, birds, bats, beetles and butterflies that pollinate 90 percent of our flowering plants. There will be special activities from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 23. The celebration is included with regular admission.
Two Melodramas by Richard Strauss
Grammy-nominated pianist Douglas Riva and Patricio Trujillo y Fuentes will perform two Victorian era melodramas at the National Hispanic Cultural Center. Both Castle by the Sea and Enoch Arden will be on stage at the Disney Center on June 24.
