Make a Film in 48 Hours

film

Interested in making a film or being part of a film crew? Interested actors, musicians, cinematographers, writers, photographers, editors, hair and makeup artists are all needed to make up a film team for the 48 Hour Film Project. People are also needed to help with miscellaneous assisting tasks such as transportation, making phone calls, designing costumes and more.

Each summer, the 48 Hour Film Project comes to Albuquerque and teams compete to see who can make the best short film in only 48 hours. The winning film goes up against films from around the world. The project comes to Albuquerque the weekend of July 13 - 15, 2012.

A meet and greet/networking event for the project takes place tonight, May 30, at Blackbird Buvette, 509 Central NW. Everyone's invited. It's happening from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
